FACT –
Less than 20% of university students in South Africa graduate; University graduates lack critical skills to produce results in professional careers.
WHAT WE OFFER
Grade 6-7
Prefects Leadership training, it could be at the Campsite or even running the training at the school premises.

PRIMARY SCHOOL OFFERINGS
Grade 6 Leadership camp before selection (This normally takes place over 3 days, 2 nights at a Campsite, with a full detailed program covering different topics including team building.
- Grade 7
- Young Achievers Program,
It prepares them for life ahead of their senior year as learners in school. They will Learn how to take ownership and responsibility of their actions etc.
- Study skills techniques
- Farewell Camp for the Grade 7,
(This takes place at the Campsite over 3 days, 2 nights focusing on topics like Transition, Personal Motivation, Types of Bullying, Staying on cause to reach your goal etc. Team Building, it becomes a full program focused on the well being of the learner to transition well into High school.
Why Grade 8 Induction Camp is Important for your School?
Traditionally, In Gauteng, Grade 1 and 8 parents apply online and when all is done accordingly, parents collect forms from the respective school. However the high school doesn’t have a say which learner from a particular primary school they want to accept.
Why Induction training work?
Learners are excited to be in High school, they are still open to learn new things.
● It can be a start of a new Culture in the School and the Learner.
● It promotes the school and its History and Achievements
● It reinforces Code of Conducts for the School and Disciplines.
● It creates a safe place for Learners to Ask questions and get clarity.
● It promotes Team building for the Learners.
● A start of friendships and a wonderful support structure going forward in a new environment.
● The school becomes a Highest priority and the willingness to build on top of the schools History, also takes priority and a focus.
This takes place over 3 days, 2 nights at a Campsite BEFORE schools open In January. We run a full program which will include the Schools History, Code of Conduct, Team Building etc.

Career guidance:
We run a unique career expo for Grade 9`s, where we match their personality, what they want to do career wise and their passions and most of the time a Gift is hidden there. We run this on an app, they go through modules and questionnaires where we create profiles for them.
RCL Or Prefects Training:
Many young people get selected as aspiring leaders however many of them leadership is not modelled for them. They learn from either Television or communities they come from. We made that our Vision to equip our young leaders to reach a positive and effective potential in their leadership Journey. We run a 3 days, 2 nights leadership Camp with a full program focusing on Personal Development and Emotional intelligence.
Topics to Cover:
● What is Leadership?
● Styles of leadership.
● Communications
● Leading vs Bullying
● What does it mean to be Selfless leader etc.
We not only training RCL`s at the Campsite however journey with them for 10 months coaching them on practical and day to day challenges and modelling to them how to Lead from the Front, Middle and the Back. Leadership is Progressive and every situation requires different type of Leadership Style.
