OUR WORKSHOPS
Educators Workshop
Educational theory throughout history informs us about how to be more
effective teachers. What we have learned through the Ancient and Middle
Ages has brought us to more effective ways to teach in this Modern Age.
Today, teachers are more informed on how a child thinks and learns. How can
educators learn from the past and ultimately, view their role as a guide to
students from their actual abilities to reach their potential abilities?
Workshop Topics
● (Re)discovering the Teaching Passion
● Role of a Teacher vs Parenting Role
● Multiple Intelligences
● Personal Development
● Financial Management
● The use of Technology and resources etc.
This workshop can take place over 2 days off-site meaning at a Campsite or
Conference site. We aim to equip all our Educators and give them equal
Opportunity to ask questions and feel empowered. We believe in Team
Building which helps to break the mask off our faces and reveal our
personalities.
The purpose of this workshop, is to raise standards, to tackle workload, and to create capacity to personalise learning for every child. The need is to address the training and development of the whole school team. The training and development of teachers has rightly been a focus of attention for many years – but often the wider body of school support staff has been neglected.
